Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee 4–8 clients managing 100–120 accounts as the main point of contact and relationship steward.

• Provide proactive communication and strategic advice—clients should receive updates from you before they feel the need to reach out.

• Generate monthly and mid-month performance reports containing clear analysis and actionable recommendations, ensuring completion by established deadlines.

• Track client KPIs, retention, and satisfaction—identify potential risks promptly and take action within 48 hours.

• Achieve a monthly retention rate of 96%+ and maintain a response time of less than 6 hours.

• Supervise all digital components of client campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Reputation Management, Email, and more.

• Actively analyze campaign data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with Paid Media, Organic, and Tech teams to foster ongoing performance enhancements.

• Act as a product specialist for Fiona, Digible’s technology platform—conduct client demonstrations, assist with onboarding, track issues, and communicate feedback to the development team.

• Offer insights and suggestions for process improvements to departmental initiatives.

• Work cross-functionally to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and consistent service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in paid search and paid social.

• Background in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Excellent communication skills—clear, prompt, and straightforward.

• A growth-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in digital marketing.

• Experience in Multifamily, Senior Living, or Student Housing is advantageous.
