Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Assist clients in the account registration and KYC verification processes

• Provide support for MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation

• Clarify products, account types, and trading services to clients

• Guide clients through their initial deposit

• Address onboarding challenges in collaboration with Compliance and Operations

• Keep precise CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups

• Meet onboarding and activation goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Forex, CFDs, fintech, or financial services

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Experience in client-facing sales or account management roles

• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 is a plus

• Proficient in using CRM systems

• Self-driven and capable of working remotely
