This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of commercial property and casualty accounts with annual premiums of up to $10MM.
• Act as the main point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and inquiries regarding coverage.
• Take charge of the entire renewal process, initiating proactive discussions before quote delivery.
• Articulate coverage details, pricing, and policy modifications clearly.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a positive client experience amidst underwriting delays, market challenges, or carrier-related issues.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues internally when necessary to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Perform essential policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing coordination, and cancellations.
• Keep precise records of client interactions in AMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams to enhance renewal and servicing results.
• Follow service standards, SLAs, and escalation procedures diligently.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty account management, brokerage, or customer success.
• Valid Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• In-depth understanding of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing protocols.
• Proven capability to manage the renewal process end to end, including initiating proactive client discussions before providing quotes.
• Strong client-facing skills with a track record of managing escalations and safeguarding the client experience during underwriting or carrier-related challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex insurance concepts for clients.
• Demonstrated success in managing and retaining substantial or intricate books of business.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities in high-volume settings.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM and AMS platforms, along with essential business tools.
