This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assess potential opportunities and arrange presentations through exploratory calls and product demonstrations.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals related to customer outreach, generation of new business opportunities, scheduled presentations, renewals, and other sales objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce and HighSpot for account research, communication, and quoting purposes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, consistently providing updates and added value to secure renewals.
• Participate in product training to gain a comprehensive understanding of our full range of offerings.
• Implement and carry out sales initiatives and campaign activities as required.
• Refer relevant issues to specialists or supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and systems, including SFDC, HighSpot, Oracle, and other sales tools.
• Organize, schedule, host, and present (occasionally) quarterly status and data meetings for all customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and other departments to troubleshoot, facilitate, coordinate, and engage in sales-related activities.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned or required to ensure business and sales success, which may encompass: handling sampling requests, preparing quotes/cost proposals, developing narratives for upsells and new business exceeding 100K, and coordinating sales presentations or training sessions with Sales Enablement, Customer Success, or Professional Learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with proficient customer service abilities across various media and audiences.
• Experience with SalesForce.com is preferred.
• Must excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, and collaborative environment.
• Ability and willingness to adapt and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the territory.
• Strong critical thinking skills, considering all factors involved when addressing problems, regardless of their magnitude.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to set priorities.
• Proficient in computer usage and various software programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
