This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as a representative for one of the top brands in the HVAC distribution sector for YORK Factory Direct, promoting the YORK/Hitachi product line in the designated market.
• Accountable for selling both Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment along with parts and supplies to HVAC contractors, with a strong focus on onboarding new YORK Dealers.
• Cultivate partnerships with current customers to boost their spending while also attracting new clients into the YORK family to enhance market presence.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies to assist your customers in their growth.
• Support customers in selecting the most suitable YORK products that cater to their clients' needs.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms.
• Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets encompassing overall sales, sales calls, product mix/segmentation, new dealer registrations, training, and various other sales metrics.
• High School Diploma.
• Over 5 years of experience in HVAC/R.
• More than 5 years of experience in strategic account management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Strong skills in business writing, verbal communication, and negotiation.
• Competent in utilizing Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Self-driven individuals with high energy levels and a strong desire to exceed goals.
• Demonstrated capability to operate effectively across both sales and operations, aligning customer needs with operational execution to achieve business outcomes.
• Ability to employ the sales process to identify customer objections and concerns, determine suitable solutions, and maintain an action plan until desired outcomes are reached.
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in listening, building trust, and concluding actions, projects, resolutions, or sales with customers.
• Business acumen including skills in sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning.
• Capability to comprehend and communicate effectively in today’s technology-driven business landscape.
