Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Driving the expansion of the company's market position in the glass packaging industry by identifying, cultivating, and converting new business opportunities.

• Establishing robust client relationships from the ground up, overseeing the complete sales cycle from start to finish.

• Positioning the company as a reliable partner by providing customized packaging solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, FMCG, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated capability to open new markets rather than solely managing current accounts.

• Familiarity with the Oltenia region and its local business landscape is a significant advantage.

• Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
