This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Take ownership of your territory as if it were your own business, driving growth through the development of new business opportunities.
• Formulate and implement a detailed, data-driven strategy for your territory.
• Recognize market opportunities, whitespace, and avenues for growth.
• Actively create, qualify, and progress new business opportunities.
• Establish and sustain a strong, balanced pipeline of potential clients.
• Compete effectively to secure new business and displace existing providers.
• Cultivate and expand multi-tiered relationships within customer organizations.
• Provide consultative, insight-driven engagement with customers.
• Oversee opportunity strategies from initial qualification to closing the deal.
• Handle complex deal cycles with diligence and accuracy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and fostering growth.
• Capability to manage multiple complex opportunities concurrently.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Background in life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, or similar industries.
• Experience with capital equipment and/or solution-oriented selling.
• Knowledge of Flow Cytometry and laboratory settings.
• Experience in engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
