• Management of client relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, sales support, hospitality, interior products, construction materials, or a similar area.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience managing professional or B2B clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer complaints and facilitate solutions across various departments.

• Proficiency in using a CRM, customer service platform, ERP system, or order-management system.
