Account Manager – Amazon, Retail Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent management and strategic advancement of existing clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy sectors.

• Planning, controlling, and optimizing retail media strategies, including campaign briefings, monitoring, reporting, and deriving actionable recommendations.

• Close collaboration with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams.

• Identification and development of growth strategies, such as cross- and upselling opportunities as well as performance enhancements.

• Self-reliant organization of timelines and preparation for client meetings.

• Participation in internal knowledge-sharing formats, project reviews, and industry updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, retail media, or account management.

• Experience in project management along with an interest in data-driven marketing and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge in online advertising, ideally with experience in Amazon.

• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and eagerness to explore new tools.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English proficiency.

• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
