This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the client relationship for long-term projects (12 months or more), guiding them from onboarding to the annual review.
• Provide clients with advice on AI tools and agents that align with their actual needs (automation, LLMs, etc.).
• Co-facilitate scoping workshops and operational audits alongside decision-makers.
• Create clear and professional summaries, reports, and follow-up documentation.
• Manage deliverables in coordination with the technical team to ensure adoption in the field.
• Monitor the KPIs and OKRs established at the beginning of the engagement, raising alerts as needed.
• Spot opportunities for engagement evolution or expansion.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, consulting, or similar.
• Good understanding of AI tools: while you don't need to be an expert, you should be familiar with the landscape (ChatGPT, Claude (co-work, design...), Genspark, Plaud...).
• Comfortable simplifying technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills in French.
• Self-sufficient and organized: capable of managing priorities without the need for daily oversight.
• Inquisitive and keen to learn: adapting quickly in a rapidly evolving field.
