This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Account Management.
• Oversee the growth, training, career advancement, and performance evaluation of up to eight Account Managers within our SMB and Commercial segments, primarily located in the EMEA region.
• Own and report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for your direct reports.
• Cultivate a culture of sales excellence by fostering enjoyment, learning, and empowering your team to meet their objectives.
• Lead with transparency, integrity, resilience, and enthusiasm.
• Develop representatives by recognizing their strengths and weaknesses while building sustainable teams.
• Collaborate across departments to address challenges, both within and beyond your immediate responsibilities.
• Assume responsibility for identifying fundamental issues and significant challenges.
• Acknowledge errors and focus on driving effective solutions.
• Work together with Customer Success and other essential functions to enhance adoption, retention, and growth within our customer base.
• 1-5 years of management experience.
• Prior closing experience, ideally in direct sales within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated history of consistent performance in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
• Experience in co-selling during inside sales cycles.
• Ability to develop representatives and identify their strengths and weaknesses through expert coaching.
• Enjoys team development and builds sustainable teams.
• Familiarity with value-based selling.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving sales methodologies.
• Effectively collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Experience in working beyond their immediate responsibilities, capable of influencing others, identifying core problems, and addressing challenging issues, while taking responsibility for mistakes.
• Skilled in forecasting engagement and activity across your book of business.
• Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and a creative problem solver who listens attentively and thinks independently.
• Committed to continuous education and lifelong learning.
• A balanced listener with strong communication skills and the capacity to articulate diverse perspectives. Strong negotiation abilities.
