This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.
• Build and nurture relationships with airline partners to comprehend their needs, challenges, and opportunities within the fintech sector.
• Spearhead the creation and introduction of innovative fintech products tailored for airlines.
• Collaborate with airlines to enhance and expand existing fintech offerings.
• Utilize analytical tools and data to assess product performance effectively.
• Partner closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless product experiences.
• Remain informed about trends in the fintech and travel industries to proactively anticipate market changes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making.
• Innovative and strategic mindset to uncover new opportunities in the fintech and travel sectors.
• Proficient project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or relevant experience in the airline industry is highly advantageous.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. Effective communication with partners and stakeholders in the ME and NA regions is essential.
