This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Consulting Account Manager to facilitate client renewal strategies through timely, precise, and data-driven insights.
• Convert client objectives and renewal factors into reporting priorities, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Provide data entry services to assist the Consulting Account Manager.
• Oversee comprehensive analytics, encompassing financial and utilization analysis, report creation, network analysis, and RFP assistance.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from various sources.
• Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis and cross-functional follow-ups.
• Define and document metrics, calculation methodologies, and reporting techniques.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional workstreams, including responses, approvals, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and outstanding items.
• Analyze trends, variances, utilization, and performance drivers to inform renewal decisions, retention risks, and upselling opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and regular reporting packages.
• Automate and standardize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Translate complex findings into straightforward narratives, executive-ready presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Support client relationship management, renewal touchpoints, business reviews, and relevant segments of client meetings.
• Engage directly with clients as necessary and ensure timely updates in Salesforce CRM.
• Communicate updates, timelines, and insights to clients; address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced skills in business mathematics and analytics.
• Ability to align financial outcomes that contribute to revenue goals within an assigned portfolio.
• Excellent time management abilities and experience handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Capacity to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and tackle challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Capability to meet specific deliverables under time constraints and significant pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working cross-functionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
• Must use a personal vehicle and cover business expenses until reimbursement.
• High level of technology proficiency and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query/Power Pivot, data modeling, and automation/macros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced understanding of AI/machine learning and automation.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
