This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage a systematic account portfolio across the US and Canada, prioritizing by intent, tier, and coverage gaps.
• Proactively generate the majority of your pipeline through multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, sequencing, LinkedIn, and account-based targeting.
• Swiftly convert inbound leads while simultaneously executing an outbound strategy — handling both tasks concurrently.
• Oversee complete deal cycles from initial contact through discovery, demo, proposal, and final closure.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify genuine pain points, timelines, and stakeholders, focusing beyond just technical needs.
• Propel deals towards closure with clear next steps; manage multi-contact deals while maintaining momentum.
• Ensure your pipeline in HubSpot is accurate at all times, keeping stage, close date, and next steps updated without needing reminders.
• Utilize the entire prospecting toolkit, including ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Nooks, in a systematic manner.
• Engage in weekly team meetings, deal reviews, and coaching sessions as an active participant.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 2 years in a full-cycle closing position — not in pre-sales, customer success, or SDR roles.
• Proven track record of generating an outbound-driven pipeline; you have personally sourced the majority of your leads in a previous role and can discuss your approach.
• Experience managing an assigned account portfolio, possessing a method for prioritizing accounts rather than just maintaining a list.
• Strong proficiency in cold calling; you secure meetings via phone calls, as email alone is not your primary strategy for prospecting.
• Availability to align with US business hours from India — this is a strict requirement, not a preference.
• Disciplined use of CRM systems — HubSpot or equivalent; your deal data is precise because you take ownership of your pipeline, not merely because your manager requests it.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• **Strong Differentiators**
• Previous experience in a high-velocity SMB SaaS environment, executing a named-account, outbound-first strategy in the US — companies like Freshworks, Zoho, Chargebee, Intercom, or similar.
• Specific and verifiable quota achievement metrics over at least 2 years, ideally with recognition such as President's Club or top performer accolades.
• Familiarity with the compliance or security SaaS sectors — conversational knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or similar prospecting platforms.
