This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, guiding the sales process from initial outreach to contract renewal.
• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue goals.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to customize solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with primary decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Frequently update the CRM system to ensure precise tracking of sales activities.
• Preferred college degree with at least 5 years of direct field sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise software using a consultative, value-oriented strategy.
• Proven experience engaging C-suite executives through solution-based selling to identify business challenges.
• Proficient in leading comprehensive sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and overseeing full-cycle deals from prospecting to closure.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset, adept at navigating uncertainty and driving transformation.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and its practical applications.
• Strong collaborator across functions, including marketing, product development, and legal teams.
