This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for sustainable pipeline generation.
• Achieve targets for licenses, support, and service revenue.
• Identify, adopt, expand, and enhance sales opportunities.
• Investigate relationships and business opportunities throughout the client's organization.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Strengthen relationships and facilitate complex deals among various stakeholders.
• Leverage channel resources to discover and cultivate new opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively as a team to utilize and allocate resources efficiently.
• Provide prompt and insightful feedback to other corporate departments.
• Propel revenue growth by engaging with large enterprise accounts.
• Cultivate customer relationships, directly influencing the customer experience.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience in selling enterprise software to large enterprises in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional leadership and persuasive skills.
• Capable of forging strong business partnerships both internally and externally.
• Proficient in business planning.
• Committed to measuring and communicating progress against plans.
• Skilled in identifying challenges and crafting effective solutions.
• Proven ability to thrive in rapidly changing and growth-oriented settings.
• Preferred experience in utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to surpass quotas.
• Preferred background in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics software.
• Experience with subscription, SaaS, or cloud software is preferred.
• Proven history of new business development and surpassing sales targets within the designated territory.
• Strong executive presence and professionalism.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• Familiarity with Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies is a plus.
