This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Drive revenue growth by engaging with large enterprise accounts
• Create a vision and strategy for sustainable pipeline development
• Achieve targets for license, support, and service revenue
• Acquire, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
• Investigate relationships and business opportunities throughout clients’ organizations
• Establish thought leadership in machine learning and predictive analytics
• Enhance relationships and manage complex deals involving various stakeholders
• Utilize channel resources to discover and initiate new opportunities
• Collaborate effectively as a team to deploy resources efficiently
• Provide timely and informative feedback to corporate functions
• Foster strong business partnerships both internally and externally
• Monitor and communicate progress, identify obstacles, and formulate solutions
• Over 3 years of direct sales experience in enterprise software for large organizations
• Outstanding leadership and influencing capabilities
• Proficient in cultivating strong business partnerships within and outside the organization
• Adept in business planning and effectively measuring and conveying progress
• Capable of recognizing obstacles and generating suitable solutions
• Proven ability to thrive in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments
• Previous experience leveraging partners, channels, and alliances for efficient sales and quota achievement
• Relevant software expertise in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics
• Preference for experience with subscription, SaaS, or cloud software
• Demonstrable history of new business development and surpassing sales goals
• Strong executive presence and professionalism
• Excellent listening abilities
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
• Familiarity with Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies is a bonus
