Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Generate and manage leads across both developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Demonstrate T-Mobile’s value through effective selling techniques.

• Recommend wireless solutions, encompassing price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.

• Negotiate and finalize deals successfully.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with support from leadership.

• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings regularly.

• Develop compelling sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Utilize sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally within a commissioned setting. (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales. (Preferred)

• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring a high level of multitasking. (Required)

• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service with a strong attention to detail. (Required)

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. (Required)

• Strong negotiation capabilities, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills. (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
