This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking with the guidance of a sales manager.
• Assess customer requirements and apply solution-based selling techniques to showcase T-Mobile’s offerings.
• Suggest wireless solutions, which include pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management under the direction of leadership.
• Engage in product training sessions and participate in sales meetings.
• Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Over 1 year of demonstrable experience in new customer acquisition sales, preferably in a commissioned setting (Preferred).
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
