This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of the complete, fast-paced SMB sales cycle from start to finish.
• Proactively seek outbound prospects while efficiently converting SQLs from our SDRs and Creative Specialists.
• Transition prospects from initial outreach to discovery/demo and to closed-won deals within a 1–2 week timeframe.
• Manage your sales funnel in HubSpot with precision—high activity metrics, accurate forecasting, and thorough follow-through are essential.
• Gain expertise in the foundational aspects of the global economy, including supply chain, manufacturing, design, and product development.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly uncapped revenue targets.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales / Account Executive with a successful history in high-velocity B2B SaaS, technology, or startup settings.
• Proficiency in Pipedrive (or similar platforms) along with tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, or Apollo.
• You are a proactive and confident cold-caller with exceptional discovery skills who understands how to instill urgency.
• Motivated by actual revenue closed rather than hours worked.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (C2 level).
• A laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), a reliable internet connection (20+ Mbps), and a professional noise-canceling headset.
