📋 Description

• Lead the complete sales process: Identify, source, and finalize a strong pipeline of deals through cold outreach, inbound leads, and networking.

• Effectively close inbound leads: It’s your responsibility to secure these opportunities at our targeted pricing.

• Focused Selling: Excel in the sales approach that targets individual buildings.

• Consultative ROI Presentations: Confidently demonstrate to prospects how Parkade’s platform addresses various parking challenges.

• Technical Evaluation: Perform comprehensive assessments of a building's existing infrastructure.

• Smooth Transitions: Ensure precise and thorough documentation within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales, effectively navigating software sales through various internal and buyer stakeholders.

• Resourcefulness & Drive: You possess the ability to solve problems independently.

• Financial Insight: You are adept at discussing numbers, budgeting cycles, and return on investment.

• Attention to Detail & Organization: Your meticulous attention to detail is exceptional.

• AI-Driven Approach: You incorporate AI as a daily assistant in your sales efforts.

• Strong Communication Skills: You communicate quickly, clearly, and with flawless grammar.

• Collaborative Team Player: You maintain a competitive spirit while also supporting your colleagues.
