This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Serve as the primary business lead for Cisco’s key Tier 1 Service Provider partners.
• Manage commercial relationships with strategic partners.
• Discover new avenues for growth.
• Encourage the adoption of Cisco solutions to tackle partner business challenges and enhance profitability.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Align Cisco’s strategic objectives with the long-term goals of partners.
• Utilize modern AI tools to boost sales productivity.
• Optimize account planning processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to partners.
• Travel as necessary to facilitate partner engagements.
• Over 8 years of demonstrated success in enterprise or channel sales within the technology or IT sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Previous experience working with or selling to Service Providers.
• In-depth knowledge of Service Provider business models and their operational challenges.
• Extensive understanding of Cisco’s Catalyst, Meraki, Webex, Security, IoT, and Data Center product portfolios.
• Willingness and capability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong business insight.
• Ability to convey complex technology value propositions to executive-level stakeholders.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, along with a strong executive presence.
• Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies.
• Experience in intricate contract negotiations and channel partner management.
• Skilled in using AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT for enhancing sales workflows, conducting market research, and strategic account planning.
• Must reside in NJ, the Atlanta area, or the Dallas area.
