This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets for the designated territory.
• Showcase expertise in the CooperVision Myopia product line, including MiSight and Paragon CRT, to expand market presence.
• Utilize sales, marketing, and educational resources to facilitate practitioner adoption.
• Draw on industry insights, competition awareness, and product knowledge to address customer needs.
• Develop and implement an effective calling schedule and territory business strategy.
• Evaluate key performance indicators and adjust growth strategies as necessary.
• Address customer inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Educate and train customers on CooperVision Myopia technologies and value-added offerings.
• Attend state, regional, and national optical exhibitions, including weekends as needed.
• Timely submission of CRM call reports, expense reports, and territory assessments.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop practice-management resources and materials for eye-care professionals.
• Undertake territory travel, which may include up to 50% overnight travel.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in medical device or contact lens sales is essential.
• Familiarity with the contact lens and optical sector is highly advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Preferred certifications include NCLE, CLSA, ABO, COA, or COT.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Daily use of CRM for tracking customer interactions and analyzing product, account sales, and territory growth.
• Strong organizational and territory management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to evolving environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Capacity to engage with other departments effectively.
• Skill in planning and delivering both internal and external presentations.
• Understanding of the contact lens market and CooperVision Myopia product range.
• Must reside in the designated territory or within approximately 20 miles of its boundary.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
