This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Arrange meet-and-greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge-related requests as needed.
• Provide customized service, even if clients require assistance with their personal travel arrangements.
• Stay mindful of budget constraints while presenting the best available deals.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, schedule adjustments, and any disruptions effectively.
• Conduct sourcing and negotiate rates with suppliers, along with processing payments on behalf of clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
• Prior experience in entertainment and/or VIP travel.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its procedures and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in travel industry systems, particularly Sabre.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients and travelers.
• Proven track record of devising effective travel solutions.
