Account Executive, Manufacturing Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process for multi-million-dollar Microsoft transformation initiatives;

• Collaborate with C-level executives and senior decision makers (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO) to develop strategic roadmaps.

• Identify client challenges and align service offerings across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Analytics, and Modern Workplace;

• Facilitate consultative workshops, conduct value assessments, and model ROI.

• Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem allies, utilizing joint programs and incentives;

• Craft industry-specific strategies (Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.).

• Generate new business through executive networking, thought leadership initiatives, and event participation;

• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in consultative sales for midmarket and enterprise, with a track record of closing complex deals ($1M and above);

• Demonstrated success in selling Microsoft service solutions (AI/Copilot + Dynamic D365 ERP, Azure, Power Platform) or Tier 1 ERP/Cloud platforms;

• Proficiency in building trusted advisor relationships and influencing senior leadership;

• Strong understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and challenges related to digital transformation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs and the partner ecosystem.

• Proficient in English.
