This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage potential clients in the LATAM and US markets, guiding the sales process from initial contact to final closing.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for your designated markets (LATAM & US).
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting by identifying, researching, and connecting with high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies.
• Master Inbound Conversion by qualifying and converting interested prospects into demos and active trials.
• Deliver Consultative Demos by tailoring presentations to address the specific pain points of prospects.
• Build and cultivate client relationships through proactive follow-up efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and enhance the sales process.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in sales or business development roles (both inbound and outbound), ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
• Familiarity with the LATAM and US markets.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
• A proven history of generating business through cold prospecting techniques.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
• A solid understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is advantageous.
