This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Maintain a strong qualified pipeline by concentrating on Tive’s specified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Consistently prospect on a daily basis to identify opportunities within your designated territory.
• Ensure that all information is accurately entered and actively managed within Salesforce, including all sales activities, as well as updates on accounts and opportunities.
• Conduct weekly business forecasting by ensuring your current opportunities are appropriately staged according to the criteria set out in Tive’s sales process.
• Dedicate time to cultivating relationships with Tive’s strategic customers to guarantee long-term growth and to generate referrals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to create, implement, and refine a Go-to-Market strategy for your assigned territory.
• Represent and embody Tive’s core values as the primary contact for all potential customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience (from prospecting to closing) in a B2B setting.
• A robust hunter mentality with the capability to generate 100% of the pipeline through outbound lead generation.
• Preferred experience in supply chain and logistics sales.
• Proven record of top-tier performance in previous roles.
• A verifiable history of success in building your own qualified pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.
• Experience managing an enterprise sales process within a complex sales cycle.
• Familiarity with an enterprise-grade sales methodology (such as Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, MEDDPICC, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• High motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a setting where change is a constant factor.
