This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop account strategies aimed at maximizing new revenue opportunities and securing profitable business.
• Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Oversee customer accounts to ensure prompt resolution of debts.
• Create and implement sales strategies for the designated territory while maintaining accurate forecasts and pipelines.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Business Development.
• Cultivate new relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
• Prioritize opportunities to enhance customer engagement, achieving at least 6 client meetings each week.
• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining strong client relationships, particularly within Ireland (this role will focus exclusively on the Irish market).
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, target-oriented sales environment.
• Proven capabilities in solution-oriented, consultative selling.
• Excellent communication skills paired with sound business insight.
• Ability to juggle multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
• A proactive and resilient demeanor, characterized by curiosity and integrity.
