This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of key strategic accounts, fostering enduring relationships with our clients.
• Employ a comprehensive understanding of each customer's distinct needs, preferences, and objectives to deliver customized solutions, services, and experiences.
• Utilize Salesforce and various tools to capture essential customer insights, thereby enhancing relationships and partnerships.
• Place customer satisfaction as the top priority.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their requirements are addressed promptly and effectively; autonomously make decisions to improve the customer experience.
• Manage order processing and handle return authorizations while keeping customers updated on status changes.
• Collaborate strategically with Channel Managers to create a cohesive customer experience, ensuring a unified approach to customer satisfaction and account development.
• Function as a dependable backup for customer support and provide assistance to team members as needed.
• Act as a product specialist, showcasing a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively convey their value to customers.
• Proactively analyze industry trends and competitors, anticipating changes and delivering strategic insights to guide and support customers.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers through email, phone, and virtual platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or other video conferencing tools.
• Ensure customers are informed about products, updates, new offerings, and marketing programs, demonstrating an understanding of their goals by aligning these opportunities with customer strategies to enhance their business.
• Independently identify and resolve challenges that may arise in customer relationships, collaborating with other teams to devise innovative solutions.
• Advocate for customers within the organization, focusing on creating strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention, moving beyond sales metrics to deliver a premier customer experience.
• Exhibit knowledge of customer and end-user goals by proactively suggesting strategic product and marketing tool solutions.
• Create engaging presentations and flyers for new opportunities.
• Participate in industry trade shows and customer events to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.
• Associate's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or inside sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Mastery of AE II with a performance rating of Exceeds or High Performing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; in-person, via videoconference (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.), and over the phone.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce, with excellent typing and accuracy skills.
• Problem Solving: Skilled in creatively addressing challenging or emotionally charged customer situations.
• Team Player: Excel in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Willingness to travel 1-3 times per year (less than 5% of the time).
