This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Provide valuable insights through discoveries and demonstrations for both potential and current clients.
• Align the needs of dental practices with Henry Schein One solutions to foster and progress sales cycles.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial interest to finalizing incremental bookings.
• Create new sales opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
• Track leads and opportunities in the CRM, including sales stages and the date for the next assigned task.
• Conduct daily client and prospect activities that generate a minimum of two sales opportunities each day.
• Negotiate complex customer sales agreements and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to leadership.
• Build collaborative relationships with Henry Schein Dental sales representatives to enhance incremental software sales.
• Work in tandem with customer success, solutions consultants, services, and support teams to maximize client value and solution usage.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and identify avenues to enhance patient care and practice profitability.
• Address complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Meet company standards regarding work quality and productivity while adhering to company policies and Worldwide Business Standards.
• Follow workplace behavior policies, procedures, and directives.
• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Sales Specialist, Software Account Executive, or in a similar professional technology software sales position.
• Experience in selling to new clients or relevant expertise in the dental market.
• Familiarity with market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a talent for relationship building.
• Strong negotiation and value-based selling capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Keen business acumen and the ability to engage in business-level discussions.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A preferred BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field(s).
• Ability to function in either an office or remote setting using standard office equipment.
