This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Take ownership of territory planning and manage strategic relationships within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic/research, CDMO sectors, and related OEM services.
• Foster value creation, gain market share, and drive profitable revenue growth within the Life Science Solutions portfolio.
• Identify and engage new and existing direct customers while nurturing channel-partner relationships.
• Recognize key stakeholders involved in the planning and decision-making processes for capital-equipment budgets.
• Articulate solution offerings and value propositions to decision-makers in scientific, procurement, channel, supply chain, and capital planning roles.
• Organize and coordinate project or program development teams to address customer challenges and secure business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales operations leadership to refine business development processes and create repeatable segment solutions.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with channel partners, strategic accounts, and direct customers.
• Guide and assist in account planning and reviews to meet financial objectives.
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools on a daily basis to monitor leads, relationship growth, and funnel health.
• Strategically negotiate to fulfill growth and margin targets.
• Conduct research and engage in healthcare and biosciences trade shows, professional networks, and territory events.
• Travel frequently, up to 50%, to engage with key customer stakeholders.
• Experience in sales within complex, multi-channel go-to-market environments, focusing on capital equipment and/or business development in Life Sciences, biopharma, or healthcare sectors.
• Technical expertise in cold storage, process equipment, or optimizing biotech/biopharma R&D processes is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability in generating and qualifying leads.
• Proficient in developing customer solutions derived from business insights.
• Skilled in creating value and demand, successfully closing new business, and expanding existing account relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across functions.
• Possession of a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months.
• No significant or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit and run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, multiple minor infractions, or preventable accidents in the past three years.
• Must reside in a major metropolitan area in Alabama or Georgia.
• Willingness to travel regularly, up to 50%.
