This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams—including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing—to achieve value-driven outcomes and meet measurable account objectives.

• Cultivate and enhance multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, emphasizing long-term customer success and retention.

• Clearly communicate the distinct value of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions in ways that align with each customer’s strategic objectives and business drivers.

• Oversee intricate sales cycles, from initial discovery through negotiation and closure, utilizing structured deal methodologies and data-driven forecasting.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to provide seamless customer experiences and maintain the ongoing health of critical enterprise relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

• Experience in managing large accounts, navigating long and complex sales cycles, and handling high-value transactions.

• Familiarity with persona-based and solution selling methodologies.

• Proven experience in developing strategic account plans and driving measurable business outcomes.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
