This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Drive New Business: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from inbound qualification to closing deals, with a focus on startups, SMBs, and mid-market accounts.
• Build and Strengthen Pipeline: Utilize inbound demand generation while also enhancing the pipeline through outbound strategies and selective channel partnerships.
• Refine the Sales Playbook: As the inaugural Account Executive, play a key role in developing and honing a scalable sales process by providing insights from your experiences and iterating on effective methods.
• Expand into Enterprise: Begin with SMB/mid-market transactions and progressively engage with larger enterprise opportunities by leading comprehensive technical discovery and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Solution Engineers for technical validation, Customer Success Managers to ensure successful onboarding, and marketing teams to deliver feedback on lead quality and enhance conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
• Operate with Ownership: Manage your own pipeline, prioritize effectively, and autonomously drive deals to closure, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects rather than just a sales representative.
• Work Remotely, Sell Globally: Flourish in a remote-first culture while taking charge of the sales function, supported by a high-performing global team.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in early-stage startups.
• Proven experience selling to technical audiences (engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, automation, etc.) is essential.
• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets while selling to SMB and mid-market clients, and now ready to engage with enterprise buyers.
• Proficient in building and managing your pipeline, collaborating with Marketing, and refining messaging and strategies.
• Ability to articulate your formula for success.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and celebrating victories together.
• Fluent in English and based in Europe.
• Competitive Compensation: Base salary between €70,000 and €90,000, with on-target earnings up to €140,000 (uncapped), along with potential equity opportunities.
