This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout Europe, with an emphasis on retailer-mandated programs, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and producers.
• Oversee and enhance existing customer accounts by employing a consultative sales strategy and maintaining regular engagement with clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within client organizations.
• Spearhead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and expand current partnerships.
• Formulate and implement territory sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline while delivering regular forecasts and business updates.
• Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, offering insights to aid strategic planning.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
• Represent Copeland Cargo Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales within cold chain logistics, transportation, supply chain, food industry, or similar sectors.
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial insight and experience managing intricate sales cycles and negotiations.
• Familiarity with temperature-sensitive, perishable, or high-value products.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, international setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% across Europe, depending on the location.
