This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Generate pipeline opportunities and achieve or surpass annual recurring revenue (ARR) sales targets.

• Create a sales strategy aimed at strategically targeting, growing, and expanding the Veracross MIS client base within the region.

• Expand and oversee the sales pipeline, closing sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly ARR quotas.

• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to target accounts and secure new-logo sales.

• Follow up on Sales Development Marketing Qualified Leads to transform them into pipeline opportunities.

• Deliver sales demonstrations that effectively communicate Veracross’s value across various school departments and buyer personas.

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to provide product demonstrations to educational institutions.

• Establish trusted relationships with prospects by identifying their challenges and showcasing Veracross as a strategic solution.

• Manage contacts, leads, and opportunities through a structured sales process in Salesforce.

• Record sales data and client interactions in Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.

• Work in partnership with UK sales team members, Marketing, Client Experience, Product Management, sales operations, and finance.

• Stay updated on relevant domain knowledge for engaging conversations with partners and schools.

• Identify strategies to reduce the sales cycle duration, enhance sales velocity, and boost EMEA bookings.

• Provide management with insights on market trends, competitive challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand company offerings.

• Report directly to the Head of Sales, EMEA.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an EdTech SaaS sales role.

• Experience in selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders is highly preferred.

• Proven history of surpassing ARR target objectives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in delivering sales presentations.

• Ability to simplify complex technical information for easy understanding.

• Understanding of various sales methodologies (value selling, solutions selling, strategic selling).

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Demonstrated history of achieving exceptional targets.

• Authorization to work in the UK is required.
