This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire B2B sales cycle, which encompasses lead generation, qualification, assessment, demonstrations, consultation, negotiation, and closing.
• Employ a consultative and process-oriented sales method to sustain deal momentum and secure client commitment.
• Showcase Surgimate’s value proposition both virtually and onsite to demonstrate to surgical practices how to safeguard revenue and enhance throughput.
• Identify the needs and pain points of practices through workflow and KPI analysis.
• Highlight risks such as cancellations and conversion gaps while illustrating Surgimate’s value.
• Build trust and relationships with C-Suite executives, medical providers, clinical staff, support staff, and administrative personnel.
• Customize messaging to align with stakeholder priorities, including revenue, predictable performance, and reliable workflows.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Development Representative teams on lead generation strategies.
• Engage in self-directed prospecting activities.
• Ensure CRM pipeline integrity, maintain accurate forecasts, and keep detailed communications and notes within Salesforce.
• Travel for prospect and client visits, industry conferences, and team gatherings.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the surgical landscape, current trends, and challenges.
• Report to the Director of Sales while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions.
• Preferred experience in selling enterprise software to U.S. surgical practices.
• Preferred experience in selling to orthopedic, ophthalmology, ENT, or urology practices.
• Preferred experience in selling Electronic Health Record, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management systems.
• Strong selling ability with executive-level communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Capability to utilize data and ROI storytelling to discuss surgical revenue, conversion, and throughput.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for value addition.
• Demonstrated track record of building strong customer relationships, including with C-Suite executives.
• Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
