This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for guiding clients from the initial call through the conceptual phase and beyond.
• Accept qualified leads that are prepared by setters or independently initiate first calls.
• Typically engage in 2–3 calls per client for qualification and concept development.
• Oversee the concept phase (5–7 person-days, €5,500–€7,700) with an emphasis on building trust and comprehending the client’s issues.
• Assist in the initial development phase (averaging 60 person-days over 1–2 months) while maintaining client communication to gear up for the subsequent phase.
• Contribute to revenue from acquired clients under a key-account management framework.
• Conduct on-site visits to clients during the closing and project phases (typically averaging 1–2 trips per week, adaptable based on circumstances).
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience in sales and account management (operational sales + account management).
• Direct customer interaction — practical, hands-on, and communicative.
• Responsible for operational sales and account management duties.
• Evaluated based on individual revenue and personal sales targets.
• Closing mindset paired with long-term relationship management skills.
• Not merely a hunter — a hybrid of a closer and relationship manager.
• Outgoing sales personality — communicative and engaging, not excessively analytical; someone who can win people over rather than just develop concepts.
