This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Build and nurture essential relationships with customer stakeholders to enhance satisfaction at designated accounts.
• Formulate and execute the comprehensive long-term strategy for the account, in alignment with the customer's business goals.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to fulfill customer business requirements.
• Conduct account planning for assigned accounts, collaborating with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure strategic coherence.
• Communicate the Salesforce value proposition to both existing and prospective customers.
• Foster growth within both new and existing assigned accounts, particularly within the upper Commercial Segment and Enterprise accounts.
• Over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, preferably with exposure to large enterprises.
• Demonstrated success in a "hunting position" complemented by strong team-selling abilities.
• Performance-driven individual with a solid track record of exceeding quotas in previous years.
• Strong relationships with C-Level executives.
• Extensive experience in Solution Selling and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to lead virtual teams effectively.
• Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to present a clear and concise return on investment value proposition.
• Capacity to sustain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and perform well under time constraints in a dynamic, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented atmosphere.
