This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop the go-to-market (GTM) playbook by enhancing process playbooks, conducting message tests, executing ROI comparison analyses, and exploring new channels.
• Take complete ownership of the go-to-market strategy with a resourceful approach and focus on successful initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to relay real-time prospect feedback to founders and product teams.
• Conduct strategic and personalized outreach to key accounts.
• Propel opportunities from SQL to signed contracts and increase sales velocity.
• Represent Rillet as the company's face in prospect engagements.
• Utilize customer empathy and structured problem-solving to guarantee outstanding prospect experiences.
• Sell to users with extensive finance and accounting expertise while enhancing domain knowledge.
• Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams.
• Drive revenue expansion for Rillet's AI-native ERP.
• 4–5+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a leading SaaS startup.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-threaded deals from discovery through to closing.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to distill complex concepts, gain executive support, and advocate for customer success.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual who drives initiatives beyond primary duties.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
• Experience acting as a trusted product authority and customer champion.
• Skill in guiding clients through evaluations, implementations, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Strategic aptitude for building pipeline, quantifying business value, and achieving measurable client ROI.
• Detail-oriented collaborative skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
• Previous experience as a Founding AE is an advantage.
