This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Meet monthly revenue objectives through a mix of inbound leads and proactive prospecting.
• Offer digital advertising and software solutions to real estate professionals across the country.
• Proactively and persistently follow up with all leads, addressing objections to navigate the complete sales process.
• Effectively convey the value of Market Leader’s offerings through written communication (email/text), phone conversations, online demonstrations, and presentations to individuals and sometimes teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition to Market Leader’s Onboarding and Customer Success teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Continuously seek new opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, major players, and the overall state of the US real estate market.
• Preferred sales experience in B2B/B2C or the Service/Hospitality sectors.
• High level of personal accountability and commitment to standards.
• A collaborative team member eager to learn and advance their sales career.
• Excellent listening skills, effective communication, and the ability to present when necessary.
• Self-driven and motivated, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
• Strong time management skills and discipline.
