This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire new business opportunities in targeted sectors such as public safety, security, and industrial operations.
• Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
• Cultivate robust, enduring relationships with clients by comprehending their requirements and providing customized solutions.
• Act as the primary contact for client accounts, offering continuous support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Become an expert in Paladin’s drone technology, showcasing its benefits through presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep precise sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to establish trust and credibility with clients across all levels of an organization.
• Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex products.
• Preferred: Experience in selling to public safety or government sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with drone technology and its uses is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, and Slack.
