This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Create and manage a detailed territory plan and achievement strategy to optimize market reach.
• Implement account strategies for key targets and conduct strategic outbound prospecting.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities valued at 3-4 times the annual target.
• Assess leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to maintain pipeline integrity and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Take ownership of intricate, multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements, usually extending over six months or more.
• Facilitate high-level conversations with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CSOs, ESG Heads, and Risk Directors.
• Forecasting & Performance Management: Provide precise quarterly forecasts accompanied by thorough pipeline analysis.
• Prepare engaging presentations, proposals, and ROI-focused demonstrations customized for various stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of experience in client-facing sales roles, overseeing complex and lengthy sales cycles.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Comfortable in engaging and influencing senior-level decision-makers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with discovery and value-selling capabilities, able to customize messaging for both technical and business audiences.
• Proficient at navigating intricate organizational structures and fostering consensus among multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of established sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, or Challenger.
• Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management with a proven track record of accurate reporting.
• Creative and flexible approach, thriving in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with robust problem-solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and proficiency in relationship-building.
• Experienced with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America (approximately 20%).
