This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within targeted markets.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Comprehend customer requirements concerning engagement, lifecycle marketing, personalization, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Present and showcase pertinent solutions to potential clients in a clear and consultative manner.
• Facilitate communication among customers, internal delivery teams, and technology partners.
• Develop strong relationships with partner sales teams and assist in joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline, activities, and forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with internal consulting and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition post-deal closure.
• Represent Omtera professionally in meetings, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within customer engagement, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, OneSignal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Bloomreach, CleverTap, Iterable, MoEngage, or related tools is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, campaigns, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
• Capability to conduct discovery meetings, articulate business value, and deliver engaging demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with technology partners and managing various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at thriving in a rapidly growing international environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or Turkish is a significant advantage.
