This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams.
• Responsible for achieving individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Generate new customer leads from various sources, including hot, warm, and cold leads derived from campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• Develop and close sales opportunities through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
• Clearly communicate with prospects and sell by identifying their business challenges and needs.
• Address the challenges faced by prospects/customers by demonstrating and effectively conveying the value of the solution.
• Maintain accurate data and records in CRM for weekly forecasting and reporting.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the company and its brand in the marketplace.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, sponsored events, and market acquisition trips.
• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain a high level of phone communication while engaging with existing clients and new prospects.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within a B2B context and the Multifamily (residential) industry.
• A proven history of achieving sales targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing trends and tactics.
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation abilities and the capability to clearly articulate ideas to influence others.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• High level of accountability and dedication to excellence.
• Energetic phone presence combined with outstanding active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to influence both external and internal stakeholders.
• Visionary thinker who is adept at bridging traditional property management approaches with future business opportunities.
• Adaptable and energized by change.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Initiative and ability to work independently while remaining accessible to team members.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 3-4 times per year, quarterly).
