📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic account plan aimed at achieving revenue goals in the North American market.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at the C-level.

• Manage the entire sales process, demonstrating proven expertise in both inbound and outbound sales activities.

• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell prospects to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Work in collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to customize solutions.

• Provide valuable insights regarding market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.

• Keep precise and current records of all client interactions within the CRM system.

• Represent Hostaway at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.

• You are a results-oriented, proactive professional with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong business acumen with the capacity to manage the complete sales cycle.

• A proven history of surpassing sales quotas in a rapidly growing environment.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.

• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
