This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture relationships with HOA clients and potential customers.
• Deliver sales presentations and showcase our services effectively.
• Assess client requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to finalizing deals.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing within established parameters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep precise and current client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and aid in revenue enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements to discover new opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation skills, experience in presenting to executive teams, and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in using HubSpot; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Background in consultative selling.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face collaboration.
• Compensation: 100000-200000 USD annually
