This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Create a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and participation in events.
• Assess opportunities and conduct effective discovery discussions with potential clients.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers and support them throughout the evaluation process.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities while ensuring clarity on the next steps for each deal.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions after deals are finalized.
• Represent the organization at local events, meetings, and industry conferences.
• Cultivate relationships with companies that are hiring globally, assisting them in adopting the company’s platform.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or payroll platforms.
• Capability to manage a pipeline of opportunities while consistently generating new leads.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and in building your own sales pipeline.
• Strong skills in discovery and consultative selling.
• Proven track record of closing multiple deals each month in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with a strong discipline for follow-up.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
