Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for group representatives and brokers

• Ensure effective implementation of plans, continuous service, and renewals

• Create educational resources

• Facilitate benefit meetings

• Design the health plan

• Collaborate strategically with the consulting team and the client to manage and enhance the health plan

• Provide advice on renewal consultations and plan design

• Implement internal changes to plan design or renewals

• Generate plan performance reports and support with analysis

• Introduce new programs and services as needed

• Inform and assist clients and brokers regarding compliance and reporting obligations

• Travel frequently to hold client service meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in client services, ideally within the TPA sector

• Proven experience working with group representatives and brokers

• Capability to manage health plan implementation, ongoing services, and renewals

• Proficient in providing renewal consultation and plan design guidance

• Skilled in preparing plan performance reports and supporting analysis

• Competence in handling compliance and reporting requirements

• Willingness to travel regularly for client service meetings
