This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage proactively with potential clients through phone outreach and customized email campaigns to generate and convert leads into customers.
• Utilize discretion and independent judgment to oversee and enhance an existing sales pipeline, ensuring ongoing progress and growth.
• Diligently monitor and refresh pipeline activities and revenue projections using Salesforce to keep accurate and current records.
• Recognize and evaluate new sales prospects, efficiently advancing multiple leads through the sales pipeline.
• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy focused on high-volume prospect engagement to boost revenue and strengthen brand visibility.
• Meet key activity and performance benchmarks, including call volume, email engagement, and other relevant goals.
• Collect and analyze data related to real estate, transactions, and securities to enable effective and meaningful prospect engagement.
• Capture and document prospect feedback during the sales process to refine and enhance sales strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the BB2 or finance sector.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and a focus on achieving results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM software.
• Competence in data analysis and decision-making based on insights.
• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
