This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities while nurturing relationships with current clients and introducing new products through cross-selling activities.
• Increase top line revenue in Slovakia and the Czech Republic by promoting Fiserv’s Enterprise offerings, which include merchant acquiring, terminals, gateway, and a diverse array of value-added services.
• Target specific segments such as Retail, Grocery, QSR, Hospitality, Mobility, and Delivery with an omnichannel and pan-CEE focus, engaging Merchants, ISVs, and Payment Facilitators interested in entering card acquiring or enhancing their existing acquiring capabilities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current clients while cross-selling new products.
• Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and generate incremental revenue for Fiserv, alongside developing and refining pricing models and contract frameworks.
• At least 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring sector.
• A thorough understanding of payment technology, particularly experience with omnichannel platforms, gateways, and terminals.
• Proven ability to manage sales transactions effectively through the sales process, including negotiation and contract finalization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, resulting in successful deals and the establishment of long-term client and partner relationships, alongside robust business analysis and financial insight.
• Capability to navigate and manage relationships within and between large, multi-cultural organizations.
• Proficiency in English and Slovak/Czech (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Valid driving license.
